The following Terms of Service applies to all of my commission services.By submitting a request to work with me with me, you agree to abide to all of the terms listed in full. Failure to follow the terms listed in this document will result in a permanent ban from my services and a blacklist which will be distributed publicly.
I. General Terms- I do not accept any NFT-related work. I do not allow my work to be used for AI training or AI related activities.
- The finished artwork size will depend on the specific service. Please refer to the samples in the corresponding VGen service listing for exact details. For instance, my Skeb scenes are usually vertical, reference sheets are typically horizontal.
- Additional fees may be added for complex characters with a lot of details.
- Additional characters will incur a +50% of the base fee. For example, if the base commission for one character is $50, adding one character will be $50+$25 = $75.
- Additional characters are not available for some services, such as emotes. If you are requesting for more than 3 characters in 1 piece, please contact me via VGen messages or Discord beforehand with your idea.
II. Payment Policy- All payments must be made upfront. Payment plans are available for commissions that cost a total of, or more than USD$100. Please discuss this with me via VGen messages or Discord if you require a payment plan.
- No refunds or cancellations after I have started the commission, unless I fail to complete the commission.
III. Revisions and Updates- Whether revisions and updates are available depends on the service. Please check the title of the service - if it includes the term "Skeb," it does not include revisions or updates. By requesting a Skeb service, you accept these conditions.
- For other commissions, you can request large-scale revisions during the sketch stage. However, revisions are limited once I have started the colouring process.
- To make the process smooth, please provide as much information as possible at the beginning if you have a specific idea in mind!
- I will request for feedback and communicate with you through VGen messages or Discord, whichever is your preference.
IV. Deadlines and Delivery- Turnaround times are usually 1-2 weeks per artwork - this may be longer depending on the complexity and back-and-forth required. Typically, Skeb services will have a faster turnaround.
- Please provide a deadline while requesting if you have a deadline. Depending on how tight the deadline is, it may incur a rushing fee.
- Please do not rush me. You can ask for progress updates, but you can track your commission progress at all times through my queue.
V. Usage Policy- I retain full copyright to my artwork. You may not claim my artwork to be your own work. Credit is appreciated, but not necessary.
- All of my services include <Basic Monetized Use> by default. This means that you can post the work freely on your social media and display it in your YouTube/Twitch streams, etc. The work can be used for promoting your own streaming/content creation activities and as references commissioning other artists.
- You are NOT allowed to create and sell merchandise with my work directly. If you need this, please purchase the <Commercial Merchandising> license add-on via VGen, or speak to me directly about licensing if you are commissioning outside of VGen.
